Scott
M. Sanders
In 1988, Scott Sanders began practicing in the fields
of Business, Real Estate and Contract law. As the son
of a sales representative, Mr. Sanders began an association
with the Manufacturers’ Agents National Association
(M.A.N.A.) in 1989 and has since expanded his area of
practice to undertake sales representative matters throughout
the United States.
In addition, Mr. Sanders also offers quality legal services
in the field of Real Estate and Land Use matters. In this
regard, he has assisted clients with the legalities of
selling or buying both commercial and residential real
estate; litigated zoning disputes with local governments;
obtained variances and special use permits for clients
with needs not in compliance with general zoning laws;
and has prosecuted Construction Defect cases in both the
commercial and residential realm.
Finally, Mr. Sanders assists clients with all Corporate
matters, including formation of corporations, partnerships
and other business entities; counsels businesses concerning
their offering of corporate stock and compliance with
corporate formalities; and registers securities with both
state governments and the federal Securities Exchange
Commission.
Mr. Sanders has prosecuted many notable cases and has
obtained large settlements and verdicts involving companies
such as Hewlett-Packard, Hughes Aerospace, Boeing, McDonnell
Douglas, Toshiba, Hughes Network Systems, Trend Plastics,
Perkin-Elmer, Pelican Products, and International Micro-Processors.
A Political Science and Communications graduate of San
Jose State University in 1983, he received his Juris
Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School in
1987. In July of 1993, he was featured in the Business
section of the Orange County Register in an article entitled
“Finding the Right Lawyer.” Mr. Sanders has
also authored several articles which have been published
in legal and trade journals on topics related to contract
and international business law.

Nicholas
T. Montalto
In 1991, Nicholas Montalto graduated Magna Cum Laude
from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Accounting.
He went on to work as an auditor and tax practitioner
with the Certified Public Accounting firm of Mazars &
Co. in New York City.
Inspired by his grandfather, a respected New York City
Judge, and father, a successful New York City trial
attorney, Mr. Montalto later received his Juris
Doctorate from Whittier Law School where he was
a scholarship recipient.
In 1995, Mr. Montalto founded his own law firm, and
is now a principal with the firm of Sanders & Montalto,
LLP, where he concentrates in the areas of Personal
Injury & Wrongful Death, Estate Planning & Administration,
and Immigration Law. Mr. Montalto has successfully applied
his litigation and negotiation skills in obtaining millions
of dollars in settlements, judgments, and verdicts on
behalf of his clients.
Mr. Montalto is a self-described perfectionist. As
a result, he is driven to achieve the maximum possible
result for every one of his clients. Mr. Montalto is
equally known for his generosity, compassion, and warm
demeanor expressed to his clients and those who work
with him.
In addition to representing individuals and non-profit
organizations, Mr. Montalto represents many small to
large corporations, including insurance companies, banks,
law firms, and entertainment companies with the same
passion and dedication.
Mr. Montalto is admitted to practice before all courts
in the State of California, in addition to the U.S.
Federal District Court for the Central District of California.
In 1999, Mr. Montalto was admitted and qualified as
an Attorney and Counselor of the United States Supreme
Court. He is also a member of the California and
American Bar Associations.

Bobak Nayebdadash
In 2006, Mr. Nayebdadash joined the firm of Sanders &
Montalto, LLP where he concentrates in the areas of
estate planning, probate, real estate and civil
litigation. A native to the South Bay, Mr. Nayebdadash
brings an enthusiasm for the legal profession and a
strong dedication to deliver top quality legal counsel
making him an outstanding addition to Sanders & Montalto,
LLP.
Prior
to graduating law school, Mr. Nayebdadash graduated from
UCLA with a BA degree in Political Science. He then
went on to pursue a career in finance and real estate,
including employment with Smith Barney and CB Richard
Ellis.
Building on this experience, Mr. Nayebdadash later
attended law school at Chapman University School of Law
on a partial scholarship. While at Chapman, Mr.
Nayebdadash served as a member of the school’s Land
Resources Society, and had the unique opportunity to
serve as a law clerk to the Honorable James
J. DiCesare at the Superior Court of California in
Orange County. Mr. Nayebdadash’s experience working for
Judge DiCesare provided him with an invaluable,
behind-the-scenes perspective of the legal system in
process.
Upon
completing his formal legal education, Mr. Nayebdadash
received his Juris
Doctorate, and was awarded an emphasis certificate
in Environmental, Land Use, and Real Estate Law. Mr.
Nayebdadash is admitted to the California Bar, and
admitted to practice before all courts in the State of
California, in addition to the U.S. Federal District
Court for the Central District of California. |

Leslie Marell
For over 30 years Leslie Marell has been practicing
business and commercial law. Ms. Marell has extensive
legal experience counseling companies in the areas of
business contracts, purchasing and sales, technology
law, real estate, and day to day legal matters.
Ms.
Marell works “Of Counsel” with Sanders & Montalto,
LLP
providing its clients with specialized legal services in
the areas of shareholder and operating agreements as
well as buy/sell agreements.
In addition, Ms. Marell represents companies in a
diverse range of industries such as electronics and
computer products, medical equipment, ore and chemical
mining, food services, construction and real estate. She
also works with independent sales representatives who
range in size from Fortune 100 companies to sole
proprietorships.Ms. Marell has
published articles on contract law, business law, and
intellectual property law; co-authored A
Guide for the Purchasing & Supply Professional published
by McGraw-Hill; and authored periodic legal columns for
MANA, ERA, and Inside Supply Management magazines.
As a graduate of The
University of California, Los Angeles and The University of San
Fernando Valley Law School, Ms. Marell strives to
work closely with her clients in a personal and

Curtis Kaiser Curtis Kaiser
graduated from the University of California, Santa
Barbra with a B.A in Law & Society. He later attended
law school at Santa Clara University on a full merit
scholarship. In December 2000, Mr. Kaiser was admitted
to the State Bar of California, and began practicing
law. Mr. Kaiser has over 10 years of experience in
corporate litigation, with an emphasis on litigating
contract disputes. In addition, Mr. Kaiser has
considerable experience in contract drafting, corporate
formation, business succession planning, and estate
planning and administration.
Prior to practicing law, Curtis
Kaiser was a co-owner of a manufacturer's sales
representative firm, and an ERA-Southern California
member. Mr. Kaiser works "Of Counsel" with Sanders &
Montalto, LLP, providing its clients with specialized
business orientated legal services.
